 Frank
White - AFL, WAC
Frank and his wife, Sally, reside in Kaneohe, Hawaii. They
have two girls, Kelly, a Houston-based Shell Oil Company manager, and Courtney,
an attorney in Seattle.
Frank has been a WAC official for 24 years, the past 13 as
referee. He began working high school football in 1971 and moved up to
officiating Hawaii college ball in 1976. He has worked numerous bowl games
including the Alamo, Sun, Liberty, Music City, Texas, Texas vs the Nation, Oahu,
Aloha (twice), Holiday, Continental, AFL Championship Bowl and 32 consecutive
all-star Hula Bowl games.
Frank and Sally have been the officials host for the Aloha,
Oahu and Hawaii Bowls for the past 20 years. He is now a replay official for the
Western Athletic Conference.
